  • Please make sure you double check your selected travel times before you confirm your booking.

    Changes are not guaranteed & some services sell out fast. There is no refunds.

  • The main departure location in Sydney is at Central Train Station, BUS BAY 8 which is in the western forecourt. Under the big clock, near where the light rail leaves from.

  • Ensure that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow for your baggage to be placed on the bus, your tickets to be processed, and a timely departure for all, if you are late we may leave with out you and you will not be entitled to a refund.

  • If you miss the bus, you miss the bus! Unfortunately, the bus can’t wait and we don’t give refunds if you don’t show up. We also don’t give refunds if you cancel your ticket. This is because buses & drivers are planned & paid for well in advance. If the buses sell out, it is also not fair to ask for a refund when that seat could have gone to a paying passenger.

  • Seating is not allocated and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Bring your ID and festival ticket, as we cross-check your name at the departure spot.

  • Lost Paradise & some other festivals we may wrist band you on the bus so have your festival tickets handy.

  • Luggage Trailers - Yes there is always large luggage trailers or large under neath storage compartments on coaches but please pack as light and practical as you can, camping gear is fine. 1 Gazebo is also fine, just please try not to go over the top or at least enquire first as to the luggage capacity of your particular service

  • Drinking alcohol is allowed on some services only & is at the discretion of the bus driver at all times, if you are extremely keen to drink on the bus, please enquire which bus you should book & book as soon as possible as these buses sell out first. This is available if a private booking is made with J-Rizzle.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to overly intoxicated, aggressive or violent passengers at any time.

  • Any damage to the bus, jumping on the seats, or banging on the windows will not be tolerated. Bus windows crack easily and cost around $2000 each to replace. We replaced 3 windows in 2018….

  • As such the PASSENGER will be liable for the costs of any damaged caused to any bus at any time.

  • We only sell bus tickets online prior to the event. Not on the day. They sell out quickly on some services so don’t leave it till the last minute. This year we are offering early bird prices for a limited time!

  • In case we only sell 20% of a specific scheduled departure time, we may need to cancel that bus, as it would not be financially viable to continue running that bus. In the event your bus is cancelled, you will then be given the opportunity to choose another departure time. This is rare & only on some events & plenty of notice is always given.

  • Cancelled buses will usually be notified at least 7 days prior to the event, except in the Mountain Sounds example where the festival decided it was un able to go ahead with the event completely.

Refund Policy

Please note that tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please pay close attention to the quantity and price of tickets in your order before purchasing. A mistake on the part of the purchaser, or a change in personal circumstances of the ticket holder will not entitle a refund, return or exchange of the ticket under any circumstances.
