Back in 2016, Jared Malcolm had a vision: create a tour company that felt different. Not the rigid, impersonal experience you'd get from big operators, but something with soul. Something where the driver actually cared if you had a good time.
What started with a single vehicle and endless enthusiasm has grown into a fleet of modern luxury coaches operating across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, and the ACT. But here's the thing — we've never lost that original energy.

Jared Malcolm is the driving force behind Urban Legends Tour Co, blending passion, expertise, and a genuine love for adventure into every journey. With over a decade of experience in travel, transport, and event logistics, Jared has built one of Australia's most trusted names for luxury private tours and group experiences across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, and the ACT.
A true food and beverage enthusiast, Jared's passion for music, events, and travelling in style shines through in every tour he designs. He believes life's about always having something to look forward to — whether that's the next epic wine tour, festival transfer, or powder day on the mountain.
Speaking of mountains — after spending 4 months touring 25 of Japan's best ski resorts, Jared developed a serious snowboarding obsession. That passion led to launching Urban Legends Snow Tours in 2024 and partnering to create the Urban Legends Snow Village in Jindabyne in 2025, with accommodation for up to 300 guests joining Perisher and Thredbo adventures weekly during snow season.
When he's not behind the wheel or fine-tuning itineraries, you'll find Jared chasing the best coffee, exploring hidden gems to share with future tour legends, or planning his next adventure.
