I have a question about prices, Itineraries & bookings
Almost all of our prices, packages & itineraries can be found on the "Book Now" page on the website. These are ready-made packages ready to go when you are!
Under each package is also an orange View Pricing! buttons. Clicking on these different buttons will show you all the different price brackets for each package, see an example below

OUR GROUP SIZE CHANGED, WHAT NOW?
The size of your group can change up to 2 weeks before the day of the tour as long as the difference is not too significant.
If your group size changes drastically (bigger or smaller), we may need to recalculate your price per person. We work with pricing brackets depending on the size of the group. This means that the price per person will be smaller the bigger your group is. This is mostly due to the transport that will need to be booked for the size of your group.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Simply by clicking the View Pricing! buttons underneath any package or heading to the book now page and pressing the BOOK NOW buttons.
Then fill out this section by selecting your date & preferred start time & click book now again.
Next will be a short booking form that helps us get to know you so we can plan the perfect tour, followed by a payment request for a $200 deposit
*** You will notice the per head prices will change depending on how many people you select to book for, the more people , the cheaper the price will be.
Where can you pick us up from?
We can pick you up from anywhere near an urban hub (Sydney, Brisbane, Newcastle, Pokolbin, Bowral, Wollongong, Byron , Gold Coast, Ballina , Melbourne , King Valley , Yarra Valley, Wangaratta, Albury etc.). We can also pick you up anywhere within 30 - 60 mins from the wineries or breweries that you are looking at visiting. We are happy to pick you up even further away at a small surcharge.
The buses are based in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Pokolbin, Byron & Merrijig & Melbourne so we can pick you at any location between the destination and one of our depots.
Do you provide tours for large groups?
We specialise in large groups and love hosting them! We are a large group tour specialist that usually caters to groups as small as 4 people right up to groups as big as 200 + people
Can I choose my own wineries, breweries, DISTILLERIES AND OTHER VENUES ON THE TOURS?
Yes, our tours are open to customisation. We have handpicked our wineries, breweries, Distilleries, As well as the Lunch & Dinner venues & activities we do and truly believe they are epic venues! We have chosen them for many reasons based on 4 years of experience running our wonderful large group tours. If you have a favourite location that you definitely want to include, however, talk to us about it and we'll do our best to include this!
Our itineraries are always somewhat negotiable and we always make sure that you are fully happy with the itinerary before completing the final payment.
Can we join a group tour as we are only 2 people?
As we are a private tour company, we do not offer public tours that you can jump onto just yet.
However, at the moment, we are offering private tours for smaller groups as well. You can book a private tour from a group as small as 4 people! So simply get two mates on board and you're good to go! Look at our booking page for small group prices.
Do I have to pay the full amount when I book?
No, you don't have to pay anything to book your tour. You can select bank transfer as the payment method and the system will let you complete the order form without paying.
To lock in your itinerary and tour, we ask that you pay a deposit of $200 asap. Your booking is secured for 7 days without the deposit. If we have not received the deposit after 7 days, the tour will be cancelled. As we have to pay multiple fees in advance, we, unfortunately, cannot refund this deposit.
We will send you a payment request for the remainder of the full amount closer to your tour date.
What can we expect on a winery tour?

If you are looking at doing a full day wine tour, a departure of 9.30am is highly recommended. We will use the time available to its full extent! If you do not want to go for a full day, consider booking one of our half-day tours.
