 How fast can I get a quote?

  • Within 30 minutes on weekdays, within 24 hours on weekends. Just tell us your date, pickup location, destination, and rough group size — we'll come back with options and pricing. Easy.

 Do you do long-distance and multi-day trips?

  • Absolutely. We handle everything from short Sydney transfers to multi-day interstate adventures. Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Canberra, South Coast, Byron Bay, the snow, even Melbourne or Brisbane — we've done them all. For overnight trips, driver accommodation and meals are factored into your quote. Just tell us where you want to go.

 Are your buses suitable for school excursions?

  • Yes — school transport is a big part of what we do. All vehicles are seatbelt-equipped, all drivers hold Working with Children Checks, and we're NSW Government accredited. We handle excursions, carnivals, camp transfers, school formals, Canberra trips, and inter-school sport. We're happy to work with school coordinators on logistics and timing.

 Do you have luggage trailers available?

  • Yes. Luggage trailers are available for our 14-17 seater Sprinters and 27-seater coach. Perfect for airport transfers with lots of bags, school camps with camping equipment, festival trips, or any job where you need extra storage. Our larger 41+ seater coaches have large undercarriage luggage bays built in.

 What's your cancellation policy?

  • We don't offer refunds for cancellations — so please be certain before booking. If something comes up (COVID, illness), we can provide credit for a future booking. Date changes are possible with notice, though you'll pay any difference if moving to a higher-rate day (e.g. Wednesday to Saturday). We get it — plans change — but we need to be fair to our drivers and business.

 How much deposit do I need to pay?

  • Standard deposit is $200 to lock in your booking. For Christmas parties, weddings, and New Year's Eve bookings, it's $500. Balance is due 7 days before your trip. We accept bank transfer (no fees) or credit card (+1.6% surcharge). No payment plans — just deposit to book, then balance before the day.

 Do you do early morning or late night pickups?

  • Absolutely. Early morning airport runs, late night event pickups, whatever you need. Pickups before 6am have a small surcharge (+$100), and pickups after 10pm have a late night surcharge (+$150). These cover our drivers' unsociable hours — fair's fair.

 What if our trip runs overtime?

  • No stress — we'll look after you. Overtime is charged per hour: $150/hr for 14-seater, $200/hr for 27-seater, $250/hr for 41-seater, $350/hr for 57-seater. We'll always try to be flexible, but if your event runs late, just let the driver know and we'll sort it out.
