Every price on this page is per hour for the whole vessel, not per head. Read this once and every card below makes sense.
You charter the whole boat, by the hour. The rate you see on each vessel card buys that vessel, its skipper and its crew for one hour. Your group has the boat to itself. There is no shared cruise, no seat allocation and no strangers on board.
Minimum charter length varies by vessel and by date. Some vessels run a set cruise length, like the five-hour cruise on Passion and the four-hour cruise on the superyacht. Others are booked to the hours you want. That is why every from-price on this page is a starting point and the exact figure is confirmed on your proposal.
Food and drink is yours to choose. Most vessels take a catering package, a drinks package, or your own BYO. Several carry a BBQ, and on Passion the crew cook it for you. Tell us what your day looks like and we build the food around it.
We can get you to the wharf too. Urban Legends owns its coaches, so the same booking can include a private coach from your office, hotel or venue to the boarding point and home again afterwards. That is the part most charter operators cannot do. See Sydney bus charters.

Every from-price on this page is per hour for the whole vessel unless the card says otherwise, and the Team Building Regatta is the one exception, priced per person. Minimum charter length varies by vessel and by date. Your exact figure, including your hours and any catering, is confirmed on your proposal. Charters are subject to availability.

A boat party and a yacht charter are the same booking with a different playlist. You take the whole vessel privately, by the hour, and then decide whether the day is a long lunch at anchor or a dance floor with the sound system up.
A Sydney boat party on Passion starts from $750 per hour for the whole vessel, including the dance floor, the swim and jumping platform, the sun deck with nets and a BBQ the crew cook for you.

The vessels our party groups keep choosing all share the same four things: a real dance floor, a Bluetooth or Fusion sound system you control from your own phone, a swim or jumping platform so the afternoon can end in the water, and space to spread out across a sundeck and a saloon rather than one crowded deck.

Every vessel above now carries a published guest count from the operator. The exact number we can carry on your date still depends on the vessel layout and on whether your group is seated or standing, so it is confirmed on your proposal rather than assumed here. The ticks show where we would put a group, not a certified maximum.
Yacht for a small group
Mayfair, MV Highlander and Balu are the three smallest vessels and the ones we put intimate gatherings and smaller teams on. From $425 per hour for the whole boat.
Boat for 40 people
The Sunset Soiree catamaran. It is the one vessel on the fleet published for 43 guests plus 2 crew, with two toilets, a kitchen, a large BBQ and forward nets. From $550 per hour.
Boat party for 100 or more
Ghost 2, published for 110 guests, with a jacuzzi, a full bar and panoramic views. It is the only vessel on the fleet built for that number. From $3,000 per hour.

Swimming, the Lilypad and the anchor stop.
Most charters stop somewhere quiet. Sydney Harbour is full of sheltered bays, and the middle of a charter is usually spent at anchor rather than under way. That is when the swim platform, the jumping platform and the swim ladders earn their place on the feature list.
The Lilypad is free on the vessels that carry it. It is a large floating mat off the back of the boat, and it is the single most used add-on on this fleet. SUPs and kayaks are for hire on the vessels that stock them, and Passion carries kayaks as well.
Then the BBQ goes on. The catamaran, Major Tom and Passion all carry one, and on Passion the crew cook it for you while you are still in the water.

Built around your charter rather than a fixed menu. BBQ packages, grazing boxes and canapés, gourmet packages on the superyacht and Ghost 2, and custom catering on Major Tom.
Drinks Packages
From a straightforward beer and wine package to the top-shelf list on the superyacht. Ghost 2 carries a full bar, and MV Highlander runs the craft beer tasting version.
BYO Option
Mayfair, MV Highlander and Balu all take your own drinks and your own indulgences. Fridges, freezers and eskies are already on board on the vessels that list them.
Lilypad, SUPs And Kayaks
The Lilypad is free on the vessels that carry it. SUPs are for hire on Mayfair and MV Highlander, and Passion carries kayaks and SUPs as well.
BBQ With Crew To Cook
Passion carries a BBQ and the crew cook it for you. The catamaran runs a large BBQ with a kitchen and two large eskies, and Major Tom does the gourmet version.

Pre-Access And Loading
Board before your guests do and set the boat up properly: the cake, the balloons, the grazing table, the gifts. Available on the vessels that list pre-access.
Coach Transfer To The Wharf
Luxury 14 to 41-seat coaches, from your office, hotel or venue to the boarding point and home again. One booking, both halves of the day.
Add-ons are quoted with your charter and confirmed on your proposal, never assumed. Availability varies by vessel, because each one carries its own equipment. The Lilypad is free on the vessels that carry it; SUPs and kayaks are for hire.

Canapé Boxes
From $35 per personThe dressed-up option, and the one corporate and milestone groups choose when the charter is a hosted event rather than a long lunch.
Antipasti skewer with bocconcini, tomato, basil and olive. Two sides from chicken banh mi, mini prawn po' boy, Portuguese chicken or loaded falafel (v). Leek and gruyere tart (v). Two rice paper rolls (gf) with vermicelli, Vietnamese herbs and peanut dipping sauce, chosen from mild chilli prawn, chicken and avocado, or tofu and shimeji mushroom (v).
