❓ Festival Transfer FAQs
Everything you need to know about getting to your festival
Can I bring alcohol on the bus?
Yes! BYO is welcome on most services at the driver's discretion. No glass bottles please—cans and plastic only. Keep it fun and respectful!
How much luggage can I bring?
Tents, eskies, swags, gazebos, camping chairs—we've got massive luggage trailers and underfloor storage on coaches. Pack for the full festival experience!
What if I miss the bus?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early. If you miss the bus, we can't wait and no refunds apply. Buses run on strict schedules to get everyone there on time.
Are seats allocated?
No—seating is first come, first served. Arrive early if you want to sit with your whole crew. We recommend being there 20-30 mins before departure.
Do I need my festival ticket?
Yes! Bring your ID and festival ticket/confirmation. We cross-check names at departure. Some festivals we wristband you on the bus for express entry.
What's your refund policy?
No refunds for change of mind—buses and drivers are booked and paid for in advance. If we need to cancel due to circumstances outside our control, you'll be offered alternative times or a credit.
Where do buses depart from?
Main Sydney departures are from Central Station, Western Concourse, Bus Bay 8. Access is via the Pitt St ramp—the bus bay is right in front of the Giant Clock. Other pickup locations vary by festival—check your booking confirmation for exact details.
Do you have USB chargers & Bluetooth?
Yes! Our luxury coaches feature USB charging at every seat and Bluetooth connectivity. Connect your phone and get the party started on the road.
Can I book for a large group?
Absolutely! Book multiple seats online, or contact us for private charter options for groups of 10+. Keep the whole crew together with your own bus.
What's the difference between coach & private charter?
Scheduled coaches have set times and pickup locations with individual tickets. Private charter gives you the whole bus—your pickup location, your departure time, your crew only.
Do you go direct to the festival?
Yes! We drop you as close to the festival entrance/camping area as possible. Most festivals give us express entry so you skip the car queues.
What about return trips?
Most services include return transfers. Check your specific festival for return times. We collect from the same drop-off point—party till the music stops, then sleep on the way home!
