The Hunter Valley is roughly two hours north of Sydney, so a charter is priced as a full day with the run up and back built in, not a short transfer. Weekday full days start at $1,450 for the 14-seater and every rate is published on this page. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays carry a floor rate instead, which is also published.
Most weeks the fleet is already up there. Wedding guest shuttles looping between the venues and the guest accommodation are our bread and butter. So are concert runs to Hope Estate and Bimbadgen, Sydney-to-Valley conference transfers, and multi-day weekends where the bus and driver just stay with the group. Hunter Valley day rates, published.
A charter is priced per vehicle, not per head, so the price is the same whether you fill the bus or not. These are weekday full-day rates with the run up to the Valley already included, so what you see is what you pay.
Indicative weekday rates for a Hunter Valley day, per vehicle, GST inclusive. The $400 distance charge for the run to the Valley is already in every number above and is charged once per bus per day, not per leg. A full day is six hours or more of your time; a half day is up to four. Every quote is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Hunter Valley bus hire with Urban Legends costs from $1,450 per vehicle for a weekday full day in a 14-seater, $1,700 for a 27-seater and $1,950 for a 41-seater, with the distance charge to the Valley included. Saturday, Sunday and public holiday charters carry a floor rate instead, starting at $1,500 for a 14-seater and $2,200 for a 41-seater.

Weekend and public holiday rates work as a minimum for any Hunter Valley charter, whatever the hours, because the coach is committed from our depot and back regardless of how much of the day you use. Distance is already included in these numbers. A four-hour Saturday wedding shuttle and an eight-hour Saturday wine run start from the same place.

The Hunter is a region, not one village. Our coaches run the whole of it, and the same day rate covers the lot because the distance charge is a single flat figure for the region.
Pokolbin & Lovedale
The cellar-door heartland and where most charters spend the day. Broke, Rothbury and Mount View sit in the same run, all within about fifteen minutes of each other. Most doors here take a full-size coach fine, the big ones host 40-plus groups, and we know the Hunter Valley Gardens coach set-down.
Port Stephens
Corporate offsites, wedding-guest shuttles and group weekends up the coast. We charter Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Anna Bay and Fingal Bay, and pair a Port Stephens stay with a Hunter Valley day on the same booking.
Newcastle
Airport runs, harbour venues, conference transfers and stadium nights. We load from the Newcastle Airport coach bay, and Newcastle sits in the same distance band as the Valley, so the rate does not change.
Maitland & Cessnock
Where a lot of Hunter weddings actually stay. Handy for a shuttle loop between accommodation and a Pokolbin venue without a long positioning run.

Wedding pricing works off the same day rates above.
