If you've booked a simple charter (just transport between locations, no winery, brewery, distillery, or venue bookings arranged by us) — yes, you're welcome to enjoy a few drinks onboard, in moderation.
If you're on an organised tour (where we've booked or arranged any venues), we cannot allow drinking onboard.
This is because venues, especially wineries, breweries, and distilleries, often hold us responsible if guests arrive intoxicated.
Too much drinking can risk us being banned from returning — which we obviously want to avoid to keep our tours legendary for years to come!
⚠️ Important Rules to Know:
Moderation is key — we allow responsible, moderate drinking only.
Severe intoxication = serious issues — past incidents have included:
Broken windows (replacement can cost up to $4500 and take weeks to fix 😬)
Ripped curtains, seat handles, and other damage
Disruptive behavior that risks driver and guest safety
If passengers are too drunk, destructive, or unsafe, the driver has full authority to terminate the trip immediately.
Damage must be paid for upfront before the journey can continue.
