For private charters where you organise your own venues — yes, BYO is permitted in moderation. For organised tours where we've booked wineries or breweries — sorry, no BYO allowed. Venues hold us responsible for guest behaviour, and we want to maintain those relationships for years to come.
Standard deposit is $200 to lock in your booking. For Christmas parties and weddings, it's $500. Balance is due 7 days before your trip. We accept bank transfer (no fees) or credit card (+1.6% surcharge).
Absolutely! Byron Bay is one of our most popular destinations. There's a $200 positioning surcharge on top of standard QLD rates to cover the additional travel distance. We handle Bluesfest, Splendour, wedding transport, brewery tours, and more.
For standard bookings, 2-4 weeks ahead is usually fine. For peak season (November-December), weddings, or major festivals — book 2-3 months ahead to secure your preferred vehicle and date. We can sometimes do last-minute bookings if we have availability.
