Distances and drive times are planning estimates for a coach in ordinary conditions, not a timetable. Traffic, weather and a long weekend all move them, which is exactly why we build a runsheet around your day rather than a departure time around ours. Everything in this table sits inside the 150km return band, so none of it carries a distance fee. The Hunter Valley and the snow are the two regular exceptions, and both are quoted with their travel component stated up front.

A weekday half day, meaning up to four hours, starts at $700 for the 14-seat Sprinter, $800 for the 18-seat party bus, $900 for the 27-seat coach, $1,050 for the 41-seat coach and $1,300 for a full-size 53 to 57-seater. A full day of six hours or more starts at $1,050, $1,175, $1,300, $1,550 and $1,900 respectively. Short point-to-point transfers of 30 minutes or less start at $350. Saturdays add 15% and Sundays and public holidays add 20%. Every one of those figures includes GST, fuel, tolls and your driver, and there is no distance fee anywhere in the Shire, St George or the Sydney metro.
Yes, and at exactly the same price as a Shire job. We are based in Caringbah, so Kogarah, Hurstville, Rockdale, Carlton, Sans Souci, Brighton-le-Sands, Oatley, Mortdale, Penshurst, Bexley and the rest of St George are all local runs for us with no distance fee. The Georges River is a line on a map, not a pricing boundary.
Yes. Our 18-seat Mercedes Sprinter is the party bus: LED club lighting, a proper sound system and your own playlist over Bluetooth from the moment you board. It starts at $800 for a weekday half day and $1,175 for a full day, with 15% added on Saturdays, which is when most of them run. BYO drinks and snacks on board by arrangement. For bigger groups the 27 and 41-seat coaches run the same nights with the same playlist setup.

Up to 14 guests takes the 14-seat Sprinter. Fifteen to 20 takes the 18-seat party bus. Anything from 21 to 27 takes the 27-seat executive coach, which is also where a 20, 22, 24, 25 or 26-seater search lands. Twenty-eight to 41 takes the 41-seat coach, and above that we run a 53 to 57-seater or two vehicles. If you are between sizes, tell us the number you are fairly confident of: final numbers almost always come down between booking and the day, so we would rather size it properly than sell you a coach you do not need.

Every vehicle is seatbelt-fitted, fully insured and NSW Government accredited, and every driver holds the correct licence class and a current Working With Children Check. On a formal, the waiting time between drop-off and pickup is quoted as standby rather than as a full day, which is usually the cheaper of the two and is how it should be priced.
