Yes! All charters are BYO-friendly. Bring your own drinks, eskies welcome. Just no glass bottles please - cans and plastic only. Pre-drinks sorted!

Tour: We organise everything - venues, tastings, lunch. You just show up. Charter: We provide the bus and driver, you tell us where to go. Perfect if you've got your own itinerary.

For weekends and peak season (Nov-Feb), book 4-8 weeks ahead. Weekdays are more flexible. Last-minute bookings? Give us a call - we'll do our best.

Everything: professional driver, fuel, tolls, GST, and the vehicle itself. No hidden fees. The quote we give is exactly what you pay.

Half day: Up to 5 hours. Full day: Up to 10 hours. Need longer? We'll quote hourly rates for extended charters.

Our standard fleet doesn't have wheelchair lifts, but we can arrange accessible vehicles through our partner network. Let us know your requirements and we'll sort it.

Date changes are free up to 14 days before. Closer than that, we'll work with you but may need to adjust pricing based on availability.

Cancel 14+ days out: full refund. 7-14 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: no refund (but we can reschedule if availability allows).

Yes! We're fully accredited for school transport. All drivers have Working with Children Checks. Excursions, formals, sports days - we've got you covered.
