Marulan sits on the Hume about 170km south west of Sydney, which puts it in the middle of nearly every group journey worth making in this part of the state. Goulburn is about 25 minutes down the road, the Southern Highlands cellar doors are about 40 minutes back up it, Canberra is roughly an hour and a half further on, and the Bungonia gorges are on the doorstep.
Urban Legends Tour Co has been an owner-operated Sydney and NSW charter business since 2016, and the run down the Hume is one we do most weeks. That matters more than it sounds. A Marulan job is not a favour we squeeze in at the edge of the map, it is a route our drivers already know, on coaches built for the distance.

Distances and drive times are planning estimates for a coach in ordinary conditions and are not a timetable. Roadworks, weather and the Hume on a long weekend all move them, which is exactly why we build a runsheet around your day rather than a departure time around ours.
Starting in Marulan
Your group is local and the coach comes to you. Pickups anywhere in Marulan, Marulan South, Tallong, Wingello and the surrounding properties, then out to wherever the day is. Priced as a straight Southern Tablelands charter.
Coming down from Sydney
We collect door to door in Sydney and bring everyone down together, which is the usual shape for a Southern Highlands wedding. Sydney-origin runs fall in the 301 to 450km return band, so a $400 long-haul charge applies on top of the day rate.
Coming up from Canberra
Canberra is an hour and a half south, so Marulan and the Highlands work neatly as a day trip. Same coaches, same drivers, and the same $400 long-haul charge for a Canberra-origin run.

There is no travel surcharge inside the Southern Tablelands zone. If your group is already down here, the coach comes to the door and the day is priced as a straight local charter.
If you are travelling to Marulan rather than from it, we collect where your people actually are. Sydney, the Illawarra and Canberra all sit in the 301 to 450km return band, which carries a $400 long-haul charge on top of the day rate, and that is the whole of it. No per-kilometre meter, no surprise on the invoice.
