How much does a private multi-day tour cost?
From $210 per person for a 3-day transport-only package. All-inclusive tours start around $1,250 per person twin share and scale with length, season and how legendary you want to go; fully bespoke trips are priced to your brief. Every from-price is based on a group of 20 to 40 travelling together, booked 3+ months ahead; smaller groups are quoted per tier.
What group sizes can you take?
8 to 100+. Up to 41 travel on one coach; bigger groups run as a multi-vehicle convoy from our own fleet. Below 8 we quote it as a private charter instead.
What is the difference between Transport Only, Guided and All-Inclusive?
Transport Only is the coach, driver and all running costs. Guided adds a dedicated guide, set-menu lunches and the listed activity entries. All-Inclusive adds 4-star twin-share hotels with breakfast, welcome and farewell dinners, and on-tour support from our crew every day of your trip. The comparison table above shows exactly what sits in each.
Can we customise an itinerary?
Yes. Every tour here can be reshaped, and we build fully custom trips from scratch. Tell us your dates, group and budget and you will have a proposal within 48 hours.
What accommodation do you use?
Quality 4-star hotels and resorts, twin share by default, named on your proposal before you pay anything. Travelling solo? Single rooms are a flat $125 per night, shown on every tour page.
When is the best time to travel?
The East Coast works year-round. September to November is the sweet spot for whales and wildflowers, December to February for beaches, June to September for snow add-ons and Vivid. Peak windows price higher, so book early.
How far ahead should we book?
3+ months gets the best hotel rates and full choice; inside 60 days we quote at live rates; inside 21 days it is full payment at booking. Groups of 20+ during events should think 6 to 9 months.
Do you work with travel agents?
Yes, we are the ground operator behind agents in the Philippines, Malaysia and New Zealand. Ask about our agent rates: sharp, simple, and never published here. You can also browse our scheduled group tours any time on our live booking page.
Are your tours suitable for kids?
Yes. Every tour can be adjusted to your family. Send us the ages and we will shape the itinerary, rooms, menus and activities to fit. A few add-ons carry minimum ages (the BridgeClimb, for example) and these are listed per tour.
What is never included?
Flights, travel insurance, drinks with meals, meals marked free time, and optional add-ons. Every tour page lists its inclusions exactly.
