A good bucks weekend lives or dies on the logistics. Someone has to ring the breweries, work out who is driving, chase the deposit and keep eleven blokes moving between venues that are forty minutes apart. That someone is usually the best man, and he usually spends the whole day on his phone instead of with his mate.
We have been running bucks party packages since 2016, and the network now covers all seven regions. You pick the region and the shape of the day, we book the venues, build the run sheet and put a driver on it. Everyone drinks, nobody drives, and the group arrives together instead of trickling in across two hours.

Sydney Bucks
Inner West brewery crawl, Archie Rose for the spirits drinkers, then karting or axe throwing before dinner. The classic, and the easiest to organise on short notice.
Hunter Valley Bucks
Six hours of breweries and a distillery, wood fired pizza in the middle, and nine holes at Cypress Lakes if the group can still swing a club. Doubles as a weekend away.
Wollongong & South Coast
Illawarra breweries with the escarpment on one side and the ocean on the other. Add a surf, a skydive at Shellharbour or a long lunch in Berry on the way home.

What actually moves the price.
We quote every bucks party individually rather than publishing a headline number that turns out to be wrong for your day. These are the six things that decide it, so you can see where your day sits before you email.

Where a coach can actually pick you up.
Anyone can list Sydney suburbs. The thing that decides whether a bucks morning starts well is whether a 14-metre vehicle can legally stop where seventeen blokes are standing. These are pickup points we use on real jobs, and why they work.
The Gibbons Street bus stop
Beside Redfern station, opposite the cafe. It is free, easy to find, easy for a coach to get into, and it has no time limit, which is rare for somewhere a coach can wait in Sydney. If your group is coming in by train from different directions, this is the meeting point we suggest first.

The bus loading bays on Lime Street are our regular CBD pickup for hotel and corporate groups, which is exactly the same problem a bucks party has: a lot of people, luggage or eskies, and a vehicle that cannot sit on a kerb in the middle of town.

If the bucks day is built around a game, the stadium bus pods are free and they are where a coach is actually meant to be. We run South Sydney Rabbitohs groups into Accor and collect their sponsors and executives from CBD hotels, so this is a route we drive rather than one we looked up.

Free coach parking near Woolloomooloo, which matters when a group is going out on the harbour and the bus needs somewhere to sit for a few hours rather than circling. We found it doing work for the US Navy during the USS Fitzgerald visit and have used it for harbour-side jobs since.

Wollongong and the South Coast
We handle the Mount Ousley descent with proper coach discipline and use Picton Road as the heavy-vehicle route when conditions call for it. When the day is not in a rush we route along the Grand Pacific Drive and over the Sea Cliff Bridge, because it is the best-looking hour of driving anywhere near Sydney.
Nameable stops we genuinely service: the University of Wollongong, the WIN Stadium and Entertainment Centre precinct, Nan Tien Temple, the Wollongong breweries, and the HARS aviation museum at Albion Park, which is where the photo above was taken.
The Sutherland Shire, and home turf
We are based in Caringbah, so the Shire is the patch we know best. Cronulla set-downs around the mall, the beach and the station, Kurnell runs, the Shire clubs and venues, event runs to Sharks Stadium, and the kerb knowledge for Sutherland Entertainment Centre.
It is roughly 22 kilometres from the Shire to Sydney Airport, and we know the T2 and T3 coach bays, which matters if half the bucks party is flying in.
The Hunter Valley
Access is rarely the constraint here. Most Hunter cellar doors and breweries take a 53 to 57 seater without drama, and the big venues are comfortable hosting groups of 40 and up, so a large bucks party does not have to split.
The rule we hold to on a Hunter day is three cellar doors plus a proper lunch, maximum. Adding a fourth is what turns a good day into a rushed one, and it is the single piece of advice we give most often. For lunch at 40-plus, the big estate venues and the brewery and casual venues both work, and a picnic or grazing spread arranged at a cellar door is a real option. Pubs are not the answer for a group that size.
Blue Mountains and Western Sydney
At Echo Point a coach sets down, parks elsewhere and returns at a set time, so the stop has to be built into the run sheet rather than improvised. We know the Scenic World coach parking and group entry, and we time lookout arrivals to land before the tour-bus rush. Jenolan Caves road needs coach-size awareness, so we plan that one deliberately.
Out west we run Qudos Bank Arena concert transfers, Sydney Showground festival and Easter Show marshalling, CommBank Stadium set-downs and the Penrith and Panthers precinct.

How many people do we need for a bucks party package?
Most packages run from about ten guests up. Smaller groups are welcome, you just take the whole 14-seater at the full vehicle rate rather than paying per head. Above 41 guests we run two vehicles together on one run sheet so the group stays together.
Can we drink on the bus?
On a package tour, no. Every venue is a licensed stop and the drinking happens there. On a pure charter, where you have booked your own venues and only want the transport, BYO can be approved in writing before the day. Just ask when you book.
Do the buses have toilets?
No vehicle in our fleet has an onboard toilet. It is the single most common question we get, so we build every run sheet around it. Stops are spaced so the group is never more than about an hour from facilities, and the driver will pull over if needed.
Do you book the venues, or do we?
We do. On a package we hold direct booking relationships with every brewery and distillery on the run sheet, so your group is expected, the tastings are pre-paid and there is no queueing at the bar. You just tell us the shape of the day you want.
Can we add karting, axe throwing or golf?
Yes, and most groups do. Go karting, axe throwing, barefoot bowls, clay shooting and nine holes at Cypress Lakes all slot into the middle of a day. Tell us which one and we will book it and build the timings around it.
How far ahead should we book?
For a Saturday in spring or summer, six to eight weeks is sensible, and the good breweries book out first. Midweek and winter dates are far easier and we have turned bucks parties around inside a week. Ask either way, we will tell you honestly what is left.
What happens if numbers change?
Numbers move on every bucks party and we plan for it. Final headcount is confirmed seven days before the tour, and small changes before then cost nothing. If the group grows past the vehicle size we will move you up rather than squeeze anyone in.
Where in Sydney can the bus actually pick us up?
Door to door from a house or a hotel is the norm. If the group is scattered, the Gibbons Street stop beside Redfern station is our first suggestion: free, easy for a coach, and with no time limit, so nobody is rushed. In the CBD we use the Lime Street loading bays at King Street Wharf, and Central's western concourse coach bays work well if people are coming in by train. There is a full list further up this page.
Can a full-size coach get into the Hunter Valley venues?
Yes. Access is rarely the constraint in the Hunter, and most cellar doors and breweries take a 53 to 57 seater without trouble. How many stops should we actually do?
Three cellar doors or breweries plus a proper lunch, maximum. It is the advice we give most often and the one people most often ignore. A fourth stop does not add a venue so much as remove the part everyone enjoys, because the day turns into watching the clock and herding people back onto the bus.
What does a bucks party actually cost?
We quote each one rather than publish a headline number, because six things move it: the headcount and which vehicle that forces, the day of the week, how many hours you have the bus, how far it travels, whether you want a package or just the transport, and any extras like karting or a boat. What is the deposit and the cancellation policy?
A $200 deposit holds the date, with the balance due seven days before the tour. Cancel 14 or more days out for a full refund, 7 to 13 days out for 50 per cent. Inside 7 days is non-refundable. Date changes 7 or more days out are free, subject to availability.
