Hens days are pure charter, not weddings. The wedding 15% premium does NOT apply on hens days. What does apply: Saturday loading (+15%), Sunday/PH (+20%), peak season (14 Nov to 26 Dec) loadings, late-night drop-off after 10pm (+$150/vehicle/leg), and any regional distance loading (Hunter Valley +$400/day, Southern Highlands +$200/day). All inclusions transparent, no cleaning bonds, no last-minute surcharges. The quote is the price.

How much does hens party bus hire cost in Sydney?
The 18-seater Mercedes Sprinter Luxury (the party bus of the fleet) starts at $130/hour weekday, half day from $800, full day from $1,175. Most Sydney hens days run as a half day (4 to 5 hours) or full day (7+ hours). Saturdays add a 15% surcharge. A typical Saturday Sydney hens day on the 18-seater (4 to 6 hours, CBD pickup, 3 cocktail bars, drop home) lands around $1,000 to $1,400 all in. Around $70 to $100 per head for a group of 14, often less than two return Ubers each.
How much for the Hunter Valley?
Hunter Valley hens days are full-day jobs (8 to 11 hours, Sydney pickup, 3 wineries, lunch, drive home). The 18-seater Luxury Sprinter on a Saturday with the Hunter Valley distance loading (+$400/day) hits the Saturday floor rate of $1,650 all in. For a group of 12 to 15 that's around $110 to $140 per head. Bigger groups across the 27-seater or 41-seater bring per-head costs down further. Friday or Sunday hens are slightly different: Friday saves the 15% Saturday loading; Sunday adds 20% but wineries are quieter.
What size groups can the party bus take?
The 18-seater Mercedes Sprinter Luxury seats 15 to 18 passengers, the sweet spot for hens days. For smaller groups under 14 (intimate bridal-party hens) we run the 14-seater Sprinter VIP. For larger crews of 20 to 27 we step up to the 27-seater Yutong Executive. Anything 28 to 41 goes on the 41-seater luxury coach. Hens over 42 we run as a combo (e.g. 41-seater + 18-seater for 60 pax, so the bride and bridal squad get the LEDs while the wider crew gets the coach). No limit on how big your hens can be.
Does the 18-seater really have LED party lights?
Yes, properly. Multi-colour LED party lighting installed throughout the cabin, remote-controlled by your group. Pair that with the upgraded sound system and stylish subwoofer (Bluetooth, your playlist), and the bus genuinely turns into a moving party space. Premium and classy, never strip-club tacky. Can we BYO drinks on the bus?
On private hens charters where you organise your own venues (you book Audrey Wilkinson or your preferred cellar door directly, we just drive between), BYO in moderation is totally fine, just flag it at booking and we'll send written approval. On organised tour packages where Urban Legends books the wineries (e.g. our 3-winery package), BYO is not permitted because the venues hold us responsible for how guests arrive. Stay seated while the bus is moving. Drivers can end the trip if things get out of hand (pretty rare on hens days, they're a fun crowd).
How late can the bus stay out?
The bus is yours for the agreed time window in your quote. If you need a bit longer on the night, you get a 15-minute grace period free, then overtime is charged in 15-minute blocks at the vehicle's hourly rate (e.g. $130/hour on the 18-seater = ~$32.50 per 15-min block). After-10pm drop-off adds $150/vehicle/leg. We sort it all on the night, no awkward driver conversations. Most hens groups book a full day from the start, the timing works perfectly without overtime.
Can we have music on Bluetooth?
Absolutely, that's the whole point. Bluetooth audio across every vehicle in the fleet, and the 18-seater Mercedes Sprinter Luxury party bus runs an upgraded sound system with a stylish subwoofer. Bring the hens day playlist, sync to Bluetooth, the bride's DJ-of-the-day is sorted. USB charging at every seat too so the DJ's phone doesn't die three wineries in. Wireless mic available on request for hens speeches mid-route.
Can we do a hens day any day of the week?
Yes. We run hens days every day of the week, all year. Monday to Thursday gets the lowest weekday rates and full driver availability, ideal for corporate brides or anyone wanting cellar doors to themselves. Friday matches the weekday rate (no 15% Saturday loading), unless it's peak season (14 November to 26 December) when Friday adds 15%. Saturday adds the standard 15% loading, the most popular day. Sunday adds 20% but venues are usually quieter and Hunter Valley wineries are at their best. The bride picks the day, we make it work.
