We operate a luxury fleet of five NSW vehicles and can combine them for larger weddings: the 14-seat Mercedes Sprinter VIP for the bridal party, the 18-seat Luxury Sprinter (leather seats, LED party lighting), the 27-seat Yutong D7 Executive (USB at every seat, woodgrain floors), two 41-seat luxury coaches (leather recliners, underfloor luggage) and partner 53 to 57-seat touring coaches when the guest list demands it.

Easy date-hold deposit

A deposit holds your date and vehicle: $200, or $500 for weddings over $2,500. No full payment upfront. Balance is due 7 days before your wedding. Bank transfer free, card adds 1.6%. Quote valid 30 days from issue.

How we price a NSW wedding. Transparent from the start.

Wedding charter pricing at Urban Legends is based on your vehicle size, the day of the week, your region (distance from our Caringbah depot), and how long the bus is with you from departure to late-night return. The 15% wedding premium replaces any day-of-week surcharge on the base rate; you pay the larger of the two, not both. For exact pricing, visit your regional page or email the details below.

Which regions in NSW does Urban Legends cover for weddings?
We cover weddings anywhere in NSW with our luxury fleet based out of Caringbah, Sydney. Our most common wedding regions are the Hunter Valley (Pokolbin, Lovedale, Cessnock, Rothbury, Singleton), the Southern Highlands (Bowral, Berrima, Bundanoon, Sutton Forest) and Greater Sydney (CBD, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Inner West, Royal National Park). For destinations further afield, we work with our trusted NSW subcontractor network. If you are unsure whether we cover your venue, email the location and we will confirm immediately.
What fleet sizes are available for NSW weddings?
We operate five vehicles for NSW weddings: the 14-seat Mercedes Sprinter VIP (bridal party transfers, up to 14 guests), the 18-seat Luxury Sprinter (leather seats, LED party lighting, 15 to 18 guests), the 27-seat Yutong D7 Executive (2024 model, USB at every seat, 20 to 27 guests), and two 41-seat luxury coaches (leather recliners, underfloor luggage, 28 to 41 guests each). For larger weddings we combine vehicles, up to 82 guests on two 41-seaters, or add partner 53 to 57-seat coaches for even bigger groups. We always quote at least three vehicle options for any enquiry.
Do you quote the return trip by default?
Yes. Almost every wedding bus job is a return trip. Our default quote assumes a return journey, typically including a late-night run departing between 10pm and 11pm. If you only need one-way transport we can quote that separately. For after-10pm departures, a late-night loading of $150 per vehicle per leg applies. We state all these assumptions clearly in every quote so there are no surprises.
How do I get a quote and how quickly will I hear back?
Email jared@urbanlegendstourco.com with your wedding date, region, ceremony and reception venue, accommodation hubs (if guests need pickup), and rough guest count. On weekdays, you get a real tailored quote back within 30 minutes. On weekends, within 24 hours. No forms, no portals, no callback queue. You deal with Jared directly from the first email to the wedding morning. If you have not heard back in 2 hours on a weekday, check your spam folder and try again.
What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
For wedding bookings over $2,500, the deposit is $500. For bookings under $2,500, the deposit is $200. Multi-vehicle wedding jobs also use a $500 deposit, and jobs over $5,000 take a 10% deposit. The balance is due 7 days before your service date. Bank transfer has no surcharge. Card payments attract a 1.6% surcharge. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once the deposit is received, your date and vehicle are locked in.
How much lead time do you need to book a wedding bus?
Popular wedding weekends in the Hunter Valley and Southern Highlands fill fast, particularly in spring (October to November) and autumn (March to May). As a general guide, book 3 to 6 months in advance for regional weekends to secure your first vehicle choice. Sydney weddings tend to have more flexibility. We do take shorter-notice bookings when availability allows. Even if your date is close, email us and we will confirm whether we can make it work.
