Ten years of group days. Queensland through accredited local operators.
Gold Coast & Brisbane bucks party ideasCraft breweries, distilleries and activity days, driver included
Two markets, one Queensland region: about 70 minutes apart, run through the same trusted operator network. Pick the city, pick the day, we handle the driving. Free quote in 30 minutes, 7 days a week.
Gold Coast and Brisbane run as one bucks market for us: about 70km apart, roughly an hour on the M1, the same vetted Queensland operator network. Whichever city your crew is actually staying in, here is how a good day comes together, and the private bus that gets you between it all.
Breweries, distilleries and a real day we actually ran.
The Gold Coast strip runs from Burleigh up through the hinterland. Burleigh Brewing Co and Black Hops Brewing in Burleigh Heads, Balter Brewing in Currumbin, Lost Palms Brewing in Miami and Precinct Brewing Co in Mermaid Beach cover the coastal run. Head up into the hills and Tamborine Mountain Distillery, Cauldron Distillery and Witches Falls Winery turn it into a proper hinterland day.

Brewery crawl
Two or three coastal breweries and a long lunch. The easiest day to get right.

Karting
Game Over or Slideways, both of which we book for groups regularly. Breweries after, once the results are settled.

Hinterland distillery run
Tamborine Mountain, gin and whisky tastings, a completely different pace.
Fourteen blokes, a Saturday in September.
Customer and venue names removed. The timings and the shape are the useful part, and they are exactly what we ran.
Hotel pickup, Surfers Paradise
Whole group staying in one tower, so one pickup point.
Golf, two hours in the bays
Activity first, about half an hour from Surfers, while everyone is still sharp.
Brewery lunch, mid-coast
Booked in advance under one name, with dietaries flagged ahead of time.
Second brewery, southern end
Last stop, biggest vibe, a venue that takes a full-size coach without any trouble.
Back to the door
Tour concluded at 5pm, everyone home before six, the night still theirs.
You choose where we collect you. There is no depot to gather at and no fixed meeting point up here. Nominate the pickup and the drop-off, hotel, apartment, wherever the group is staying, and they do not have to be the same address. Send them through with the booking and we confirm vehicle access before the day.
Newstead to the Valley, one bus, no Ubers.
Newstead and Teneriffe sit side by side, inner-city and close together. Newstead Brewing Co and Range Brewing are both in Newstead, a few streets apart. Green Beacon Brewing Co is the Teneriffe anchor, a short drive away. Add Felons Brewing Co at Howard Smith Wharves on the river for a change of scene, Story Bridge as the backdrop. A private bus links the lot without losing half the group to separate Ubers.

Newstead & Teneriffe
Newstead Brewing Co, Range Brewing and Green Beacon, all close together.

One bus, no Ubers
Link every precinct in one day, private bus and driver, nobody nominates a skipper.
You book the venues, or we book the lot.
There is no fixed Brisbane route either way, because the venues decide the day, not us. What changes is who does the booking. Pick the column that sounds like your group.
You book the venues
For the group that already knows where it wants to drink, or wants to keep a tight grip on the budget.
- Private bus and driver for the day, sized to your headcount
- You book the breweries and the table direct, at venue prices. Nothing is marked up through us
- Send us the confirmed times and addresses, we build the run sheet around them
- Pickup and drop-off wherever you nominate, and they can be different addresses
- Tasting fees and entry costs are at the group's own expense
- No guide on board
Priced per vehicle for the day, not per head, so a bigger group usually costs less each. BYO on board is case by case and needs written approval at booking, just ask.
Quote the bus →We book everything
For the best man who would rather hand the whole thing over and just turn up on the day.
- Private bus and driver, same as the charter
- We book and pay the venues, so there is nothing to chase and no one collecting cash on the day
- A professional guide on board for the day
- Premium seated tastings, held under our booking
- Cheese and produce platter included
- BYO is not permitted on a booked tour
Priced per head, and the rate steps down as the group grows, so we quote it against your actual numbers rather than publishing a single figure that would be wrong for most groups.

Gold Coast
Right if the group is staying on the Coast. Beaches, breweries and the hinterland cellar doors, all from the one pickup.
Brisbane
Right if the group is flying into Brisbane or staying in the city. Running a Brisbane group down to the Coast and back eats into the day.
Byron Bay
A different day entirely, and NSW not Queensland. See our Byron Bay brewery tours page.
Worth knowing if Byron comes up: the border moves the clock
Queensland does not run daylight saving. New South Wales does, from early October to early April. Byron Bay is in New South Wales, the Gold Coast and Brisbane are in Queensland, so for roughly half the year Byron runs an hour ahead of Queensland time.
Before anyone books flights: there are three airports
Brisbane (BNE), Gold Coast at Coolangatta (OOL) and Ballina Byron (BNK) all serve this corner of the country, and guests booking into the wrong one is one of the more expensive mistakes we see. Pick the city first, tell everyone which airport, then let them book.

Here's the bus and what it costs.
Queensland base rates, current as at 2026. See the box above for what gets added on top.

| 18-Seater | $1,010 | $1,490 | $165 |
| 24-Seater | $1,075 | $1,585 | $180 |
| 27-Seater | $1,135 | $1,650 | $200 |
| 39-Seater | $1,330 | $1,965 | $220 |

| 61-Seater | $1,900 | $2,785 | $275 |
Count the group, then add nobody. If you are 19, you are on the 24-seater, not squeezed onto an 18. Under 16, the 16-seater is the entry point. Over 61, we run more than one vehicle. Send the date and headcount and you get a real number back, not a range.
Ground logistics, handled.
Every Queensland vehicle comes through our vetted operator network, held to the same standard we run our own fleet to.
One point of contact
The vehicle is supplied locally, but Urban Legends stays your single point of contact from first quote to final drop-off.
Accredited local operators
Queensland vehicles come through a vetted network of accredited local operators. We match the vehicle and the driver to your job.
We build the run sheet
Timings agreed with you before the day, then handed to the driver so nobody is guessing on the morning.
No fixed pickup route
We pick up wherever the group actually is, hotel kerbside, one meeting point, or the airport.
From enquiry to drop-off. Four steps.

Gold Coast & Brisbane bucks, answered.
A mix of both cities. If yours is not here, ask, real answer in 30 minutes, 7 days a week.
Gold Coast, Brisbane or both in one weekend?
Plenty of groups do both: a Brisbane night in the city, a Gold Coast day down the coast. Tell us the shape you want and we will quote the whole run, including the transfer between cities.
What does a bucks bus actually cost?
It depends on how many of you there are, how long you need the bus, what day of the week it is, and how far you are travelling. A Saturday costs more than a Tuesday, and a full day costs less per hour than a half day. Send the date and headcount for a real number.
How big a bus do we need?
Count the group, then add nobody. We seat the whole group properly or we send a bigger bus. Nineteen of you means the 24-seater, not squeezed onto an 18.
Which airport should the group fly into?
Three airports serve this market and picking the wrong one is a common and expensive mistake. Brisbane (BNE) suits a Brisbane weekend, Gold Coast at Coolangatta (OOL) serves the Coast, and Ballina Byron (BNK) is the closest if anyone is adding Byron. Tell your guests which one before they book flights, not after.
How far ahead should we book?
Peak season fills first. The earlier you lock in a Saturday, the more choice you have on vehicle. We do take last-minute work when one is free.
Do you book the venues, or do we?
Either. On a charter you book the breweries or distilleries direct and we drive between them. On a package we book the venues and tastings and you turn up.
Is there a deposit?
From $200 to hold the date. Card payments carry a 1.6% surcharge, bank transfer does not.
What happens if our numbers change?
Tell us and we adjust. If the group grows past the vehicle we have held, we move you up rather than squeeze anyone in.
