Our Venue Guarantee on every package
Every venue in your day is booked and confirmed before your tour. If a booked venue falls through for a reason outside your control, we replace it with one of equal or better standard in the same region, at no extra cost to you, and tell you in writing as soon as we can. If no suitable replacement can be found in time, we refund that venue’s part of your package. Read the terms
No Christmas surcharge in 2026
No December or peak-season loading this year. The usual Saturday and public holiday rates still apply.

We re-check every booking two days before the day, so the venues, timings and pickup all line up.

Door to door there and back, so nobody drives, nobody books twelve rideshares and nobody gets left at a brewery.
$500 locks your date
A $500 deposit locks your package date (a custom day’s deposit is set out in your quote). The deposit is non-refundable because we commit to venues, boats and drivers on your behalf the moment you book, so please only lock a date you are confident in. If you need to cancel, your deposit stays as a credit toward a future Urban Legends booking. Payments above the deposit: 14+ days out refunded in full, 7 to 13 days 50%, under 7 days no refund. Date changes 7+ days out are free, subject to availability.
