Harbour boats, coastal walks, long lunches, gin classes and lawn bowls, all across Sydney. We plan the day, book the venues and drive the whole group, so the maid of honour gets to actually enjoy it.

Planning a Sydney hens party, without the group chat.
A Sydney hens party has one hard problem, and it is not the ideas. It is that the good ones are spread across the city.
The bride wants the harbour, someone wants Bondi, the long lunch is in the inner west and half the group is coming from the Shire. Somebody ends up driving, somebody misses the boat, and the maid of honour spends the day on her phone.
We have been running hens party packages in Sydney since 2016. You pick the shape of the day, we book the venues, build the run sheet and put a driver on it. Everyone drinks, nobody drives, and the group arrives together instead of trickling in across two hours.
Pick an idea below. Every one of them works as a half day, a full day or a weekend, and every one can have a gin class, a grazing lunch or a boat dropped into the middle of it.
Six ways to run a Sydney hens party.
From a private boat on the harbour to a winery day trip out of the city. Every option below is a day we already run.
Sydney Harbour
Private boat on the harbour
Your own skippered boat, your playlist, a grazing spread and a swim stop. The one people talk about for years. Pair it with a bus to lunch afterwards so nobody drives.
Day trip
Wine country for the day
Out of the city by nine, cellar doors and a long lunch by noon, home by early evening. The Hunter Valley, the Southern Highlands or the South Coast, all door to door from Sydney.
Inner west
Gin class and a long lunch
Make your own gin at a Sydney distillery, then walk to lunch. Low effort, high payoff, and it works for a group that spans a few generations.
Two nights
Make it a weekend
A day is not always enough. Two nights in the Hunter Valley or on the South Coast, accommodation and venues sorted, with the same bus for the whole trip so nobody is chasing lifts on the Sunday.
Add an activity
Bowls, kayaks or something sillier
Barefoot bowls, a harbour kayak, a dance class or a scavenger hunt through the city. Slot one into the middle of the day and the whole thing stops being a pub crawl.
Charter only
Just need the bus
Venues already booked and you only want the transport? Fine. LED lighting, your playlist on Bluetooth, 14 to 57 seats, and a driver who waits at every stop.
Two Sydney hens days you can actually book.
Two of the Sydney days we run most. Both are bookable packages, and both get tailored to your group and your start time.
1. Sydney Harbour yacht package
The pinch-me hens day. Pickup in the LED party bus, deliver the bride to her own private yacht on Sydney Harbour, cruise the harbour with the squad, then back on the bus for a sunset bar or harbourside dinner. Premium, classy, very Sydney.
3. Cocktails & canapés + distillery + Italian wine + harbourside 4-course banquet
Our signature high-end Sydney hens day. Cocktails & canapés to start, a distillery tasting (or swap for a brewery tour if the bride's a beer girl), an Italian wine tasting, finish with a gourmet 4-course banquet on the harbour. Fully customisable. Swap any stop, we'll tailor the runsheet.
Pick the bus that fits the group.
Own fleet, not a broker's. Vehicle size is guaranteed on every booking, and groups over 57 go out as a multi-vehicle run.
14-Seater Sprinter VIP
Mercedes Sprinter with reclining seats, Bluetooth and climate control. Luggage trailer available. The right call for a smaller group.
18-Seater Sprinter Luxury
The party bus of the fleet. Leather seats, upgraded sound system with subwoofer, multi-colour LED party lighting, Bluetooth and USB charging.
27-Seater Yutong D7
2024 model with black bucket seats, woodgrain floors, USB chargers at every seat, Bluetooth and climate control. Luggage trailer available.
41-Seater Luxury Coach
Leather reclining seats, woodgrain floors, USB chargers and underfloor luggage storage. Two of them in the fleet, either may be supplied.
57-Seater Coach
2024 model with fixed bucket seating, subject to availability. For the hens parties that turn into a wedding-sized guest list.
Multi-Vehicle Runs
Two or more coaches on one run sheet, timed together so the whole group arrives at each venue at the same time. A discount applies across the combination.
What you get, and what you do not.
Written down so nobody is arguing about it on the day.

Sydney hens party FAQ.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, email us and you will get a reply the same day.
How many people do we need for a Sydney hens party package?
Most packages run from about ten guests up. Smaller groups are welcome, you just take the whole 14-seater at the full vehicle rate rather than paying per head. Above 41 guests we run two vehicles together on one run sheet so the group stays together.
Can we drink on the bus?
On a package tour, no. Every venue is a licensed stop and the drinking happens there. On a pure charter, where you have booked your own venues and only want the transport, BYO can be approved in writing before the day. Just ask when you book.
Do the buses have toilets?
No vehicle in our fleet has an onboard toilet. It is the single most common question we get, so we build every run sheet around it. Stops are spaced so the group is never more than about an hour from facilities, and the driver will pull over if needed.
Do you book the venues, or do we?
We do. On a package we hold direct booking relationships with the venues on the run sheet, so your group is expected, the bookings are in your name and there is no waiting around. You just tell us the shape of the day you want.
Can we add a boat, a gin class or bowls?
Yes, and most groups do. A private boat, a gin or cocktail class, barefoot bowls, a harbour kayak or a dance class all slot into the middle of a day. Tell us which one and we will book it and build the timings around it.
Where in Sydney do you pick up from?
Anywhere in the metro area, door to door. The eastern suburbs, the inner west, the north shore, the northern beaches, the Hills, the Shire and western Sydney are all standard. If the group is spread out we will usually suggest one or two collection points rather than ten separate stops.
How far ahead should we book?
For a Saturday in spring or summer, six to eight weeks is sensible, and the good venues book out first. Midweek and winter dates are far easier and we have turned hens parties around inside a week. Ask either way, we will tell you honestly what is left.
What is the deposit and the cancellation policy?
A $200 deposit holds the date, with the balance due seven days before the tour. Cancel 14 or more days out for a full refund, 7 to 13 days out for 50 per cent. Inside 7 days is non-refundable. Date changes 7 or more days out are free, subject to availability.
Tell us the date and the headcount.
That is genuinely all we need to come back with options. Email is the fastest way to reach us and quotes come back the same day.
